May I please be considered for adulthood?

What do we have to do to be seen as an adults?? Finish high school? Hold down a full time job? Vote, pay taxes? Earn a college degree? Marry your sweetheart? Establish a home together? Have a child together? Somewhere along the way I assumed we would have earned some respect, the right to be acknowledged as our own family! What is the moral of this story?? Never assume.

Yesterday I officially reached my prepregnancy run time! I'm so excited to be back where I was! I'm happy with my pace, and content with the 6 months it took. Although I know I could have done it in less time. I'm glad to be back at all. Re-achieving my 30 minute 5K motivates me to find a race, but it'll probably have to wait till spring.
